RB Innovations started in Perth in 2024 with painted rocker covers on Marketplace and grew into engineered carbon fibre and billet parts, designed here and test fitted on real cars before a run goes ahead.
We make a small range of parts properly rather than a big range badly. Every part begins as a 3D scan of the factory piece, is modelled in CAD, and a sample is test fitted on a real car. If it doesn't sit like factory, the run doesn't go ahead.
Parts are produced in fixed batches, so some sell out between runs. Every listing tells you what's in stock, what's on pre-order and exactly what the install involves. No guesswork, no hype.

The FG Falcon V1 carbon fibre coil cover launched, the first moulded carbon part under the RB name.
Registered the name the business trades under today.
The FG shifter surround launched and sold out its first batch. V2 coil cover, door pulls, radiator cover, billet oil cap and shift knob followed, with Holden VE and VF in development.
Every carbon part is made from prepreg and cured in an autoclave. This is the sequence, start to finish.
The factory part is scanned so every curve, clip and mounting point is captured before anything is designed.
The part is modelled in CAD with the clearances the factory piece relies on, then the mould is designed around it.
The mould is CNC machined, sealed and treated with release agent so each part in the batch comes out identical.
Pre-impregnated carbon fibre, twill or forged, is cut and laid into the mould by hand with the resin already in the fabric.
The layup is bagged and pulled under vacuum to consolidate the plies and remove trapped air.
Cured under heat and pressure in an autoclave for a dense, void-free part with a consistent resin content.
Parts are demoulded, then trimmed to the final edge profile and checked against the model.
A UV-stable clear coat is applied in gloss or matte, then cut and polished for depth.
A sample from the batch is test fitted on the real car and every unit is inspected before it is packed.
Wrapped, boxed in foam and shipped insured with tracking.
