Where We Ship

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Western Australia.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM AWST will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Times

  • Australia: Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
  • New Zealand: International shipping typically takes 10 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $550 AUD (after any applicable discounts and before tax). This offer applies automatically at checkout and excludes bulky or oversized items.

Bulky items are products that exceed 4kg in actual weight, or 10kg in cubic (volumetric) weight. These items, due to their size or shape, require additional handling and freight costs that cannot be absorbed under our free shipping threshold. Examples include larger panels, full body kits, and select bonnets or boot lids. Where an item is classified as bulky, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout regardless of order value.

Free shipping is currently available for Australian orders only. New Zealand orders are charged at standard international rates calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Delivery Issues

Please double check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for packages lost or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided at the time of order.

If your package appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
