A CNC machined billet aluminium oil filler cap for the Ford Barra 4.0L. Designed and drawn in house by RB Innovations, machined from 6061-T6 and anodised in six finishes.

Five scallops cut into the edge give you a solid grip, even with oily hands, and the RB monogram is machined into the face rather than printed, so it will not wear off.

Installation

Unscrew your factory cap, pull the rubber O-ring off it and fit it to the billet cap, then screw the billet cap in and tighten by hand. No tools needed.
