Ford Falcon FG/FG-X Billet Cupholder Divider

A CNC machined billet aluminium cupholder divider for the FG and FG-X Falcon.

The FG cupholder has no divider from the factory. It is one open tray, so take a corner a bit hard and your drink tips over. This divider drops into the middle of the cupholder and holds each cup in its own pocket, so drinks stay put.

It is machined from a solid piece of 6061 aluminium, designed and drawn in house by RB Innovations, and test fitted in the car. A pocket is machined into the underside to keep the weight down. It drops straight in by hand, no pushing or tools, and sits firm without rattling.

Please note: the images are renders of the final design. The finished parts will differ slightly, including the machining marks, the shine of the finish and the exact shade. Real photos will be added once the batch arrives.

How this pre-order works

This is a group batch. Unlike our other pre-orders, this batch is not in production yet. It only gets made once the pre-order window closes, and only if at least 20 are pre-ordered.

1. Pre-orders open Wednesday 2 December and close Wednesday 16 December 2026. Payment is taken in full at checkout.
2. Minimum of 20: if 20 or more are pre-ordered across both finishes, the batch goes ahead. If fewer than 20 are pre-ordered, it will not go ahead and every order is refunded in full.
3. Production, 3 to 4 weeks: the batch is placed as soon as pre-orders close and is machined through late December and early January.
4. Shipping to us: the batch is freighted to Perth, usually 1 to 2 weeks.
5. Dispatch, late January 2027: we check every piece and send your order with tracking.

We will email you when the batch is placed and again when your order ships.

• Raw machined: left straight off the machine, with the bare aluminium and fine machining lines showing.
• Gloss black anodised: a deep gloss black finish that is hard wearing and sits well with the factory interior.

FAQ

Why billet and not a 3D printed one?

Printed dividers do the job, but they can warp in a hot car and the layer lines show. Machined aluminium will not warp in summer, has a real weight to it, and looks like it belongs in the car.

Are the photos of the real part?

Not yet. The images are renders of the final design, as the batch has not been made. The finished parts will differ slightly in machining marks, shine and shade. We will add real photos once the batch lands.

When will mine ship?

Late January 2027, once the batch lands in Perth. Orders are dispatched in order of purchase.

What if not enough are ordered?

The batch needs at least 20 pre-orders to go ahead. If it falls short, every order is refunded in full.

Can I add it to an order with in-stock parts?

Yes, but the whole order will ship together once the batch lands.

Will raw aluminium mark over time?

Raw aluminium is not coated, so it can dull or pick up marks with use. A wipe with metal polish brings it back. If you want a finish that stays the same, go gloss black.
