The RB Innovations Carbon Fibre Door Pull Cups for the Ford Falcon FG and FG-X replace the factory plastic handle trim with genuine carbon fibre, lifting one of the most touched surfaces in the cabin to a proper premium finish.

Each cup is built from genuine prepreg carbon fibre under a UV stable gloss clear coat, rated for daily interior wear so it holds up long term without fading or yellowing through the cabin glass. The factory plastic units are a known weak point on the FG platform, prone to cracking with everyday use, so this is both a styling upgrade and a long term fix.

Available in two finishes. Gloss twill is the classic repeating 2x2 weave with a refined, factory style look that pairs cleanly with existing carbon trim. Gloss forged is a randomised carbon grain with real depth and light catching texture, where no two pieces look identical.

3D scanned and CAD engineered to match the factory pull cup geometry of the FG and FG-X. They follow the exact contour of the original for a flush, OEM+ fit with no gaps or raised edges, and the mounting points and dimensions are identical to the factory part.

Installation is a direct swap on the original mounting points. Remove the existing piece and fit the carbon replacement in its place. No drilling, no cutting, no changes to the door card.
