Ford Falcon FG Dry Carbon Fibre Coil Cover (Barra V2)

Transform the look of your engine bay with the RB Innovations Dry Carbon Fibre Coil Cover for the Ford Falcon FG. It replaces the factory plastic coil cover on Barra engines with genuine dry carbon fibre, giving the top end the finished, purposeful look the factory never delivered.

Each cover is made from real dry carbon fibre using a prepreg process, not wet layup or plastic with a carbon wrap. The higher carbon to resin ratio keeps the panel light and stiff with a tighter, more consistent surface. A UV stable clear coat protects the weave against the heat cycling of the Barra engine bay and holds its depth without yellowing over time.

Choose from four finishes. Twill is the classic repeating 2x2 weave, forged is a randomised, light catching grain where no two covers look identical. Gloss adds depth and shine, matte gives a flat, factory stealth look. The carbon underneath is the same, the clear coat sets the finish.

The V2 is a full redesign, 3D scanned and CAD engineered around the factory coil cover for OEM+ fitment. It sits on the original mounting points with no modification and now clears -10 AN breather fittings, the one limitation of the V1 for owners running modified breather setups. Tighter panel fit, sharper edges and better finish consistency throughout.

Installation is a direct bolt-on. Undo the eight factory torx bolts on the plastic cover, fit the V2 in its place and bolt it back down on the same mounting points. No drilling, no cutting, no modification, you will just need a torx driver.
